You look amazing already and I know the full results won't show for months! Congratulations! I'm wondering if you would have considered your body shape to be an "apple" before surgery. My daughter has the apple shape. Weight around the abdomen, narrow hips, no butt. It is a very difficult shape to dress. BTW, Oct 14th was her birthday. :) Please keep doing the photo updates. It is hugely appreciated! We live nearby in Johns Creek and will check with this doctor. Thanks again!

Hi GAgal , Thank you. yes I was a big apple shape with no hips. When I talk with the doctor I said more.. enphasis in my hips rather than butts and also I wanted a natural look not too much butt so he did. I think is not my style to have a huge butt... but instead less waist and more hips makes the difference. He is very nice also Vanessa her assisstant is lovely...I recomend him. Now after my surgery I will receive three free treatments ultrasound to smooth and tighten the belly plus they give me the garmint included two free and some medications. So I am very pleased I feel confidence in the doctor. cheers,

I decided to post this to share my experience with my proedure as I believe we all learn from each other.
My belly was probabbly the biggest of all you so I decided after having twins 5 years ago to repare my body. My husband never agreed but he supported me to do it. I just did it yesterday October 14th is not much I can show now as I am swallen, sore and recoveing little by little.
Yesterday I had liposuction in full abdomen, bra back roll, waist and trasfer to hips and a littlte bit to butts. I did tell the Doctor to make more enphasis in the hips area rathern than butts you will se the picts.
I hope with time my body get better and better. I am following all the Doctor instructions and resting and moving around too.
Here there are some picts.

Congratulations!!!! Time is of the essence. It will be two weeks for me this coming Tuesday and I already feel somewhat back to my norm. When your ready and of course with the approval of your surgeon, I strongly recommend lymphatic massage. I had my first one yesterday and already improvement is evident. Remember to consume a low to no sodium diet to help with the reduction of swelling. You look great. Happy healing!

Lymphatic drainage massage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The lymph system depends on intrinsic contractions of the smooth muscle cells in the walls of lymph vessels (peristalsis) and the movement of skeletal muscles to propel lymph through the vessels to lymph nodes and then beyond the lymph nodes to the lymph ducts which return lymph to the cardiovascular system. Manual lymph drainage uses a specific amount of pressure (less than 9 ounces per square inch) and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow.

Lymphatic massages were a complete waste of several hundred dollars for me but I have seen several RS members who really liked them. For me it was just a loss of several hundred dollars. Good luck. U r looking great.
