The Talented Dr. Vafa

I found Dr. Vafa online. I was at wits end because last week, Dr. O (a famous plastic surgeon) suggested that I get another rhinoplasty that would cost $12,500. I got an unnecessary rhinoplasty when I was 19 and my nostrils became triangular shaped. I have suffered from lower self-esteem because of it for so long.
