So far so good

After 2 botched rhinoplasties and a year of very careful consideration, I decided to move forward with Dr. Kotler and his permanent non-surgical rhinoplasty to correct depressions/irregularities on my upper and middle bridge, twisted tip, uneven nostril height, and overall crooked and bumpy looking nose. After reviewing his before and after photos and reading the previous patient reviews, I decided to forego the free revision my previous surgeon was offering me and instead put my twice damaged nose in the hands of an obviously skilled rhinoplasty expert. I am thrilled to report that it was an excellent decision! I’ve only had one session so far but the improvement is immediate and significant. I actually cried tears of joy when I got to my car after. And also took front facing selfies without cringing for the first time in a decade. It’s almost in fathomable to me that this is the result of one painless 5 minute procedure. No downtime, no bruising, black eyes or swelling, no cast, and for a fraction of the cost of surgery! I don’t regret taking my time to make an informed decision but at the same time I can also say “I wish I did this sooner!” If you are considering a rhinoplasty, I strongly encourage you to look through his before and afters and read the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I would also like to say that Dr. Kotler is a gentle and kind doctor with a humble confidence that immediately put me at ease. The entire staff is just great. Very professional and courteous. Mary answered all of my questions before my consultation and was always very prompt with getting back to me. I’m just beyond grateful.

I can even believe the transition. It’s just mind blowing that a super quick and easy procedure can yield these results. I actually like my nose now. I never thought I’d be able to say that. I honestly would have been satisfied with just the first session but I’m beyond happy after this one. I think one more and I’ll be done. I’ve trusted Dr. Kotler throughout this process and really just let him do what he thinks is best- no regrets! This doctor really knows why he’s doing. I’ll be forever grateful.
