Dr. Kotler’s Time, Energy & Vision Was Such a Blessing to Me

Earlier this week, I had a lovely follow-up appointment with Dr. Kotler and Mary. I had not seen them since my last procedure back in 2020, so as you can imagine it felt like a lifetime had gone by and there was so much to talk about! I received a warm welcome at their brand new office. It was a pleasure to reconnect again.

I am still so happy with the results of my last procedure. I had a minimal set of the permanent nose injections, perfected by Dr Kotler. My result is beautiful and looks as fresh as the day I had it done. The only adjustment I wanted to make for myself personally was to have some fullness injected into the very bottom of my nose. I used to have a very full columella, but unfortunately a DIFFERENT surgeon had completely removed it during my surgical rhinoplasty back in 2015. I’ve always missed that part of my nose.

Dr. Kotler listened to all of my wants and also looked over the old photos I brought in showcasing my original pre-op nose (I came fully prepared this time)! Doctor was happy to oblige, and also explained how he was going to administer the filler, stating that the bottom portion of the nose requires careful planning because the blood vessels need the appropriate space to aid in proper blood flow.

4 days later…I am THRILLED with the result! It looks so beautiful and it adds a tiny, little bit of detail to my face that I really missed for so many years. It looks so great from the front, and especially the side profile. Dr Kotler has not only instilled great confidence within me…In his care, he has taught me to trust again.
