I Have This Lumps After a Nokor Subcision

MichaKinona
Surgeon performed Nokor Subcision with tumescent anestesia, I heard fibrotic thethering breaking with every movement. Now after 17 days my right cheek looks like this, left one has just one. What should I do? They are red/purple, one is almost white? They are a little hard. Dr told me to massage them with some heat, I should say I can see a little improvement after all with this time, but I am worried and concerned this will be permanent because it looks awfull under light like this. In daylight is not so bad... What should I do? I wonder if using topical mometasone should work? Or the massages how should I apply them? Any suggestions and advice will be very useful, thank you.

Hey, did it settle finally?

Hello Prits96562, they have settled down by a 70%, I waited until Jan 7 after using Serratiopeptidase 10 mg daily for 20 days as derm adviced me, bumps reduced like a 40 by themselves in that time, later she injected me first generation enzymes (I thynk hyalase or relatives) she didn´t mentioned steroid inyections. 2 weeks later she told me the bumps dramatically being reduced and it´s true, but they are still visible specially de ones on the left cheeck, the bigger ones that looked like marbles on december, so this Saturday I'll recieve another shot of enzymes (this time 3rd gen) and Derm hopes that that will be enough (I wish) and bumps should completelly flatten. Yesterday I went to another consultant (Stetic Phys) she told me bups were because subcision went to deep, but it was not so bad because I don´t have rolling scars anymore, just boxcars, after telling her I'm getting a 3rd gen enzyme shot she just told it was OK, sent me antibiotic for some new acne lessions I'm developing (white dots) a 2 day 2 mg intramuscular dexametasone injection so it can "help" to reduce inflamation on the bumps and after 2 weeks from the enzyme shot she'll perform TCA cross on the boxcars and if necessary apply intralesional corticosterioid in lumps. In general my face has gotten a little better, but lumps still bother me. Hoping to get that enzymes shot.
