Fix Sagging 34B Breasts.

Breasts far apart. Can massage or bra fix this? 250cc unders.

I had surgery Wednesday June 8th. Im pretty much happy but my breast are far apart. What can I do at this point? Massage? Push them together everyday? Help.

Im 36, 5'4, 125 lbs with sagging breasts due to weightloss and hormones. What grade ptosis am I? I think grade 2 since my nipples dont turn down. That being said, I dont want a lift. I just want a bigger, firmer version of my chest.
I want implants to take me to a small D. Im thinking high profile, submuscular, 350-400cc would look nice.
Do you think the implants will allow me to look like the photo of my ideal breasts? Will I have a deformity like the snoopy deformity? Will implants fil my breasts enough so there is no sagging skin?
I also workout alot. Will implants plus added chest workouts remedy any loose skin post surgery?
Please advise.

Hi, I am five wks post-op breast augmentation. I had the same issue as you but a sagging a-b cup. I had submuscular, 250cc saline implants with no lift... and went to a "c cup". I am very happy with the outcome. I have no snoopy ears! Im not a doctor and everyone is different but I think you will be OK with your plan...and end up with your "D cup".....best of luck, friend!
I think u will need a lift. I had a friend who had a similar issue. Had a life and implants and still they droop.
