Had 4 IPL treatments and I believe the last one burned me. I now have the orange peel texture, crinkly skin, micro scarring, lines, a new scar where pigment crusted off and previous scar looks worse. Total nightmare. When I went to show the dr who performed the treatment she had the nerve to tell me that my skin now looks better than before bc I did have large pores and a scar before. She was treating what I believe was a spot from hormones. Crazy that the texture changed not where the targeted spot was but all the skin above it. She told me worst outcome was the spot wouldn't change never mentioned the other risks I was taking. Now I'm in a frenzy trying to reverse the damage. All I am desperate for is the the skin to appear smoother. I'm not expecting miracles. Thank God just my nose was treated and not my whole face. Two days ago I got the vitalize peel and am still waiting the outcome and hoping and praying to see some improvement in the appearance of the skin on my nose. If anyone can guide me in the right direction to improvement it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Why do derms and plastic surgeons deny that this happens when the same thing has happened to me and people are complaining of it all the time. Why is there no answer from these docs? Do they do not understand that this is REALLY happening. I am sickened by this.

Ipl is very dangerous. Thank goodness only your nose was done and the damage is minimal
