Very fit. I same weight as high school. Always have had small gut and love handles no matter diet or exercise. Thought procedure would work. Waiting and worried. Review after review seems to say no results not worth it. If so why is no one screaming to FDA? Hopefully it does work and it will for me. Now I'm getting cramps and numbness is still present. I see no results yet but my pants are lose and I have less bloating in my stomach. How much water did everyone drink?
My clinic said at least 8 16 oz bottles a day. They said this helps flush dead fat cells. I'll check back in few weeks.

So I'm still numb in my tummy and sides. Very similar to incision area. I've had two hernia surgeries and feels like those areas. I'm starting to see so many negative reviews that I think this was a rate of money. Is there anyone who can assure me that birdies work. After pictures make me look swollen. Thoughts.

Cool sculpting takes 2 months to see results even 3. It definitely is swelling. Make sure you drink more than 10 glasses of water a day to flush it out and also pineapple juice works for swelling.
The top looks like definition coming in,just be patient and hang in there.

10? How did you get that much water in? I work out every other day. But on non work out days? Geez. I'm confused. Did it work or not work?

I have NOT had the procedure done,i will in October.
I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and when it's 97-103 like today in California
I drink 12!!!
I think it depends on the person,truly.

Bella ok so let me tell u about the process. First look at my picture before the light one. 8 24. I'm 6 3 and care my weight such that I've been called pair belly. I was teased terribly in high school

So sorry procedure scared me. II had stomach and love handles done. One side and one side stomach 1 hr and then the others 2 hr. Got hot and nauseous then. No big deal with pain. It's the waiting that sucks. And reading all the disappointed people. I'm hopeful it world for me. When in oct u going? I'm going round 2 oct 13. They told me I'll get 20% reduction each time so I can wine up with about 40 percent less. If that happens wow! I'll take pictures next time during procedure.

I had smart-lipo on my arms&it worked for me
I read many bad reviews but I guess I am BLessed. It didn't stop me.
I am NOT SURE about anything but I will try it regardless of the reviews but that's just me.

I trust my ps that's why! I am positive&never had any problems,again this is just me! if you're so doubtful&negative&believe the reviews. I would say don't bother doing it again. Sounds like you are mad&upset with me. Talk to yr ps
It doesn't matter what procedure you get the ps is the one who will make you or break you.
Don't take yr frustration out on me.

Post before pictures and after. I didn't look when the fat was top of my stomach.after paddle came off. To sci fi for me lol. I'm pretty sure it's going to work going to work for me. I'll post next weds at 3 week mark.

No Worries. I am always positive with everyone on here,i have too much on my plate to be negative. I love positive,good vibes and i try to encourage that from others.
I do hope we get the results we paid for and expect. I will post my journey asap. You can see my abs in my review now if you wish.
