Nipple Placement Revision

Hi I had a mastopexy with 200cc implants via dual plane procedure. I don’t mind the size however I would have wanted them bigger but my issue is the nipple height and over all difference. I am concerned that they are not symmetrical, my surgeon has agreed revision and it was discussed that the nipple would be moved lower and more central to create a symmetrical balance, I was happy with this decision. However now he wants to cut back into the scar and stretch the breast over to bring the nipple over and down, for me I don’t understand how that’s going to work. I feel that’s just going to create more stretch marks. Also the shape and size of the breast then will alter dramatically. Please can I have advice with some ideas to put forward or reassurance that this would be the step they would take?
