Nightmare Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery

On August 4th, 2022, I had upper and lower eye surgery by Mark Fetter. A little over a year before that, I'd had the same surgery, which was unsuccessful, so I contacted Fetter for a correction. He said I'd waited long enough, however there would be scar tissue to deal with. I felt confident he would be able to navigate that and was excited about the surgery. This was the dumbest thing I've ever done. I've attached pictures to show how Fetter did the correction. I'm writing this so no one else will be subjected to his lack of 'surgical skill'. These pictures are of me four months after surgery.

I cannot close my right eye and my op notes are incomplete, since Fetter did not note he used a cautery tool that caused the gash above my left eye. I have been trying for a week to get the 'correct' op notes, but have yet to receive them. He also did not suture the gash shut, so you can see how it healed.
