Still very happy with my results despite some complications. The keloids are flattening and becoming lighter every day.

I had fat necrosis in the left breast. It’s a hard and sometimes painful lump. I had to have an ultrasound with biopsy to confirm it was fat necrosis. The prognosis is that untreated it should soften over time but otherwise there isn’t much to be done. If I have it removed it’s so large that my breast will be deformed and then require an implant to fix it. I could still have further fat necrosis or scar tissue as well. Right now it doesn’t hurt enough to warrant doing anything about it. My journey has been about progress, not perfection. I will gladly take the inconvenience of fat necrosis rather than have my old boobs. It isn’t very noticeable and for now I don’t mind living with it.

Still just healing along! I did have 2 internal staples pop out of a spot that was still healing but otherwise no complications! The right side has relaxed and is soft. It feels almost back to normal. The left side (the bigger side) is still firm and high. The nipple on the right has improved so much!
