WORTH IT

I have been going to Dr. Jane Burk-Vassallo for close to a decade. When a patient finds the perfect doctor for fillers, botox, and the latest machines, no one compares to Dr. Jane @ aspireMD.

As we get older I notice the neck and jawline really start to loosen and drop. I am trying to hold off on a neck lift and lower facelift as long as I can. I had two different treatments done. The first was to tighten the skin on my neck.

The second was fillers to give me a manly and strong jawline and pull up the neck at the end with a few units of botox.

I tend to be very sensitive and swell from going to the dentist to even shaving so saying that I had only a few days of very minor swelling.

The results are incredible. The artistry as well as deep knowledge of how to be an expert "filler" and respecting with perfection the sensitive areas and nerve endings etc in this very important area for men.

The results speak for themselves and I can see more than a 75% difference and I didn't have to go under the knife to get that strong jawline back and that sagging neck is once again smoother and youthful. I think this could last a good 9-12 months and that is buying me more time! If you want the best go to the best. For me, that would be Dr. Jane Burk-Vassallo at aspireMD!

Can you post final result photo with your head not lifting your neck?
Sorry.. but when you lift your head it pulls the skin tight as it appears that is what your doing?
Would like to see the skin tight in the same position as your before photo....

Also what exactly was the skin tightening treatment he did?
You said filler but you didn’t say the other treatment..
Thanks ..
I need some tightening myself and am also a male and interested in anything but surgery and lasers at this point...

I tried but selfie was hard to position. This site took the link down for whatever reason for skin tightening: https://www.aspiremd.ca/our-solutions/view/category/technology/solution/3d-revitalize-1 I had fillers and botox to buy more time before a find a good surgeon that can do a neck lift on a man that looks really good. https://www.aspiremd.ca/our-solutions/view/category/injectables/solution/sculpt-with-dermal-fillers-juv-eacute-derm-trade-voluma-trade-teoxane-trade-merz-trade-prollineum-trade--1
I honestly believe that skin tightening works for some years and then you need a surgical neck lift. Fillers were great for making jawline stronger and botox for tightening neck but in long run I believe in a good surgeon. Holding off as long as possible. I have been honest with my reviews - what DOES NOT work: cool sculpting, thermage, old fashioned lipo.
What DOES work is smart lipo, hair transplants, bleph surgery and fillers and botox.

great result. what filler did you have and what quantity? What was the laser used and was it painful?

Not painful at all. Numbing cream is always used as I request it for most facial fillers, laser or even the dentist. Fillers were restalyne and voluma as they were judged best for the jawline.

What laser or other treatment did you have besides the fillers? Great results!❤️
