I haven't decided yet with size and style yet
i will go to my pre op appointment and ask for the doctors thoughts
since i am tiny i was told silicone as saline would probably have visible ripples
i was thinking 350-475cc obviously havent made any decisions yet
i am in my mid to late twenties and I have always known that I wanted this just never knew if I would be able to bring myself to it
my lack of self confidence in swim suits and dresses makes me feel bad about myself
I cant wait to be able to go to the beach and not feel like people think i am a twelve year old girl.

what to eat or exercises and vitamins to start or continue on pre op

So i have just been reading other people's reviews and I am starting to get a list of foods and shakes ect that I should have ready for pre and post op...does anyone have any good suggestions or things that they wish they had thought of getting before their surgery?

I went to my Pre op appointment last week to decide on sizes ect
I was torn between 400-425 CC HP implants I still have not settled on one or the other
i have a very narrow frame and the 425-450 may create too much side-boob on my frame.
I still have time to think this over as I am TWO WEEKS away from my surgery date!
so I was thinking 400 CC Mentor HP silicone gel implants
I am worried with my size of going too big or too small so I need to figure this out right away
I am taking vitamin C and have to get iron to take as well. Trying to eat clean and stay stress free leading up to the appointment.
The stress is on however, because the person who initially was supposed to be my ride to and from the hospital has since flaked on me.
I am going to cross my fingers and hope that the friend that I have on backup will be able to take off work or even will be willing to take the day off of work for me.
