This review is pre mature for my full experience as I just had my surgery yesterday. I got laser lipo of my flanks, my abdomen and my bra fat all at once, I was put under fully for it. So far the experience is pain pain and some more pain and swelling. Which is fully to be expected. I am walking around but getting in and Out if Bed has been excruciating. I will post more pics as the weeks go in and update my experience. Dr.Shafran was amazing so far, I felt very comfortable with him and his staff amazing!

1 week post op

1 week post op and the pain is finally subsiding. I went back to work yesterday which I think helped. Laying around too much is def not a good thing after this surgery . I’ve had to adjust the compression garment several times to make sure it did not “mold” my abdomen in funny ways, so that it stayed flat. My lower abdomen has kind of like a pouch due to not being able to keep it flat but all in all I’m happy with what I’m seeing. My stomach is flat, my flank fat is virtually gone and I almost have an hourglass figure! I measured last night and I have lost several inches..I am very excited to see more results as time goes on..
One thing I wanted people to know was that I quit smoking a few days before the procedure and fully intended on staying quit but when I got home I started again from the stress due to the pain. This may very well be why I took so long to heal and why the pain lasted as long as it did, I don’t know..just an fyi for smokers.
Will post pics this weekend
