Dr. Brackup and his staff were professional, thorough and extremely personable. From my first visit, I felt comfortable and knew they would answer any questions I had. They made me feel like they wanted my business but weren't pushy (the perfect combination). Before, during, and after surgery, they were attentive and concerned about my comfort and satisfaction with the procedure. I would (and have) recommended Dr. Brackup to my friends. I would also return to him in a heartbeat if I wanted any other surgery. If you've talked to other surgeons or even used others before, do yourself a favor and make an appointment for a consultation.
