Hello everyone.
I decided to get my tattoo removed because I can't join the military until I get it off and this is something that I've always wanted to do. Anyway I had my first session last friday. I'm doing the R20 treatments. I have 4 sessions in one sitting and have to go back every 90 days for the next 4 sessions. So I will keep y'all updated! : )

Welcome to the community! I wanted to wish you luck on our removal as well as starting your journey in the Military - how exciting!

May I ask that you update your review with a few more details:

Does your tattoo have color in it?
How old is your tattoo?
What laser are you being treated with?
Any photos to share?

Thanks so much :)

DeCora, WOW thats alot of colors lol. but the tattoo is very pretty. Did the place where you are getting it removed warn you of hypo pigmentation that may occur when removing colored ink on african american skin? and did he say if it could be completely removed or not? My tattoo is on my stomach and its also a rose but my rose is a lil smaller than urs but my has a lil stem on it. my tattoo was orginally just black outline with the rose being mainly black shading, but then i went back and got colored added cuz it looked plain to me. so they added a lil red in the rose and a lil green in the stem and leaves which really isnt much color because my tattoo was mainly black with black shading so the color in my tattoo only basically highlights it.

7 Months After Laser Tattoo removal

Hello everyone,
I'm posting this review now because I needed an update. I originally got my first "set" of laser treatments "R-20 Method" in Mid June. I was supposed to go back the end of September for my second set of treatments, but I ended up canceling that appointment.

As you can see in the photo below and in the previous post that I have a rose on my hand. I was looking for a faster way to get it removed. So when I went to the business I decided that I would go with the R-20 Method. This method is supposed to fade the tattoo much faster than a standard session because you're getting four treatments in one sitting. So after discussing it they "claimed" that after one treatment I should she 50% or more fading, which was not the case. They were friendly and all, but I ended up wasting my money in the end. So I found a different place (with better reviews) and I'm going to give them a try sometime this month. I'll check back in then.

Currently with these lasers tattoo removal is a hard long process. It took me a while to accept that, when i first looked at removal i was interested in the r20 method but all i could find was there wasnt much of a difference with increased risk of scarring. Not worth it. I have been treated with the quanta plus c laser a large dark tattoo and have around 70% clearance after 8 sessions. Now the end is close, i couldnt care less about a slightly quicker more expensive method or laser

Thank you and yeah I agree. The slower process will probably give better results anyway
