Where do I even start? Well, obviously I survived. Let me start by telling you that I would totally do this again! The first week was rough. The drains were bad, but they didn't hurt, it was just the idea of them I think. Most of the pain from my abs, having them tied back together was no joke!! My tummy incision is healing well and so are my boobs. I was finally able to stand up straight after about 3 weeks. Right now, one boobs is larger but I think Dr.Z spent alot of time on that one. I ended up with 215cc in one and 285 in the other, remember I started with a C cup before this surgery. Dr Z and his office staff could not have been more amazing! He is so kind and he is genuinely as excited as you are for this! I am very happy with my results. I will be excited when I no longer have to were spanx, but other than that, I am so happy!

I had my MM 12 days ago. I have to say it was the best decision I have ever made. I can honestly say I had no pain. I was sore and my lower back was sore but no pain. I opted for the pain pump which infused Marcane into my abdomen resulting in a numbing sensation. Awesome right? Just some advice for the next two days. I started a stool softener about a week before and the weekend of I stuck to a liquid diet and did a colon cleanse the day prior. Trust me on this one. After surgery keep some hard candies by your recliner/bed in case you have a tickle in your throat. If you cough or sneeze you will a lot of discomfort...As far as any other advice, let your body do the talking. You will know when you have reached your limit. Good luck to you and god bless. Thank you for the advice. I wish I had a pump! I have to go home the same day!! I will get the candy for sure for my throat. Fantastic idea!! I'm so emotional!!

Does Dr.Z use Experel for pain or old fashion p.o meds? Ur gonna do great, I can't wait to see your results girl.

I went home the same day as well. Surgery was at 7:30 am and I was home in my recliner by 3. The pain pump was an additional charge but so worth it. Prepare yourself for this emotionally. I am a doer. I never sit, relax and enjoy. The month prior I made myself relax and say "it can wait". You will be filled with many emotions in the days to follow. I did alright with my new look, but battled the feeling of helplessness. My husband, a godsend, took off the first week and did EVERYTHING for me. I am now 13 days PO, and am feeling awesome. I still am wearing my compression garment and have spanx being shipped this week. I am a home health nurse and will be returning to work tomorrow. Today, enjoy your day. Don't stress and get a good night sleep. Good luck tomorrow.

Hi! I'm curious on what size you ended up going with? How are you feeling? I'm in somewhat of the same boat, I'm larger and sag from breast feeding. I do not want large boobs afterwards, just natural fullness and a lift. My doctor is talking about 250 and 235 (i'm a little uneven) round textured under the muscle Sientra.

Everything is paid for. I cannot believe it's 10 days away!! I am full of so many different emotions. I'm scared, sad, excited, nervous, grateful and so many more!! I need to go get supplies but I'm not sure what I need. I could use any advice! Thank you!!
