I'm 5'3 and 165 lbs. I have lost 45lbs and cannot wait for this surgery. I'm also terrified at the same time. I'm most nervous about implant size. I'm doing Sientra implants, getting a lift, a little lipo and tummy tuck. I'd love to go into this surgery the best shape of my life. Weird, I know. I'm having it done after kiddos get comfy back at school. My hubby is taking Monday thru Friday off that week. He will be a good caretaker. He's a ER Dr. My surgeon measured my boon width as 13, do anyone about my size out there that can help. I'm getting sientra, high profile implants. Thanks ladies!!!!

Congratulations on your weight loss, that's a huge achievement. What cc size are you thinking of going with now?

Getting so nervous! I would still love to lose about 15-20lbs before I go in. Now I'm wondering if I should go round or teardrop. Ahhh! So nervous. I'd love to go in for another consultation but I don't want to be crazy. Did any of you go in for more than one consultation. My first one, it seemed so surreal. I'm starting to lose weight, but want to lose more.

I will tell you this.....that 6 weeks will fly by! I'm 10 days away from my MM and I'm in stealth mode! I've got supplies stacked everywhere. Lol. I have a 16 y.o. son that I'm having to help prepare for what is getting ready to take place! He is getting ready for a big dose of reality! He's in charge of taking care of Mom for a change! :). I only went for the one consult but I called and asked different questions. I'm going with the gel implants but I have so much of my own tissue I'm going with really small implants. I'm actually 5'5" and weigh 175 so I'm no skinny girl. I promised myself I would lose 20 lbs before surgery. I lost 10 and haven't lost another ounce. :(. The closer I get to the surgery the more I eat! I'm a nervous eater and am struggling. I'm nervous I won't have good results because I'm too fat. The closer to time you get the more you start doubting your decision. It gets crazy! Just research all you can and read as many reviews as possible. Good luck!

Hey Shelbel.. I weigh about the same and am the same height. I know your surgery was a while ago but how were your results from the tummy tuck?

Sorry I’m just responding. I haven’t been on here in so long I forgot how this works! Anyway, I have no regrets except that maybe I should have used a different surgeon. He pulled my stomach to the side too much. I have a natural line down the middle of my stomach starting under where my bra is and it is now pulled to the side. I’m actually going back next week to insist he fix it. But I am so glad I had the surgery. It has made a huge impact on how I feel about myself. I think the outside matches the inside now and that’s a great feeling! Not sure if you read any of my old posts but I suggest you get some vitamins called Vitamedica. It is a surgery formula you take 2 weeks prior and post surgery. They are wonderful. I did so well I got my drain tubes out in 3 days. I know people that had to wear theirs for 2 weeks! The vitamins help with healing and preventing so much bruising. Hope this helps! I know you’re excited! It gets a little scary and I’m not going to lie the tummy tuck is painful! The muscles hurt the worst. You just have to learn to pull yourself up with your arms and use your abs as little as possible. And trust me you will figure it out!
