Dr. Z is by far the kindest, most genuine, and professional Doctor I have ever met. A few members of my family have gone to him for various procedures, and they have always spoken very highly of him. At my consultation I was extremely nervous. Dr. Z came in with a big smile and within seconds I was completely comfortable. I could tell right away that he truly cared about improving my quality of life. During my consultation he walked me through what the procedure and recovery was going to look like. Only a few weeks later I was back for the breast reduction procedure. I was excited, but also very scared. Dr. Z came in to check on me and once again, within seconds I was at ease and ready for the surgery! From the moment I stepped in the door to the time I left, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. The week following my procedure Dr. Z and the staff checked in on me often to see how I was doing. It has been two months since I made the best decision of my life! I have never been happier, and my self-confidence is completely restored. The results are AMAZING! I feel like a whole new woman. For the first time I have symmetrical, lifted breasts and I can proudly say I no longer avoid mirrors. My last post-op appointment was today and I was sad to go, I now see Dr. Z and the staff at the Plastic Surgery Center of Hampton Roads as family.
