Im 5'9" 150lbs about a 36B.... I have breastfed 2 kids and decided its time for me to improve myself..... I was hoping for a Full D because I am tall and think I would carry it well.... My surgery it set for April 9th which is next week!!!!!!!!!! My doctor recommended a 400cc textured hp with a lollipop lift but I told him I wanted to try it without the lift first because once you are cut like that there is no going back! I told him I want to be a full D and would let him decided when hes slicing and dicing what works best for me I know it will be a MENTOR HP smooth 450cc-550cc under the muscle ... I have different sized boobs so Im sure they wont be the same in each.... I told him I really wanted Dual Plane and he agreed that would be best... i hear horror stories of over dicesting the muscle so I had second thoughts but I decided to just do it ..... Im ok with alittle sag but dont want the ball and the end of a flat boob look!!! EEEEKKKK Im scared of the outcome but we will see!

Curious to know your outcome! My breasts looked a lot like yours before my surgery and so far they are lifted! Hoping they stay that way but am only 5 days post op. Good luck to you! You will be able to carry higher than 400s no problem based on your height, weight.

What size did you get and do you have any post op pictures

I got 400 cc high profiles. Im much shorter than you though. You can view my profile, just posted a lot more pics.

if they say you need a lift get it cuz you will regret it if you don't I did the same thing I didn't listen and my breast were still saggy

I had a similar situation as you where I didn't want to do an actual lift but I wanted a good deal of lift and my surgeon said I would be a good candidate for the brand new anatomic gummy implants. They are able to achieve that look with a really natural breast slope. I got perfect results and a ton of lift that wouldn't have been achieved with a round implant. I've heard people say shaped implants can move and all that stuff but if you have a surgeon who creates a correct pocket and you follow post op instructions that doesn't happen - they're textured so they don't move. You would never know mine are fake. So so happy

Hi there, and welcome to the community! Thanks for sharing your journey with us. How are you coping with your pre-op nerves? Can you share any tips with us?

I'm not scared of the pain I would pretty much go through any amount of pain for guaranteed perfection but it's the not knowing the final results that is getting to me.... not much I can do about that except for just wait and see...

What are you doing to prep I just got my prescriptions filled and bought a gel ice pack I feel like it's not real... lol

Like the surgery day isn't real not the ice pack :)
April 7, 2015
Hahaha! I have bought the ice pack or gotten my scripts filled.... but that is on the agenda for the day. Since last week I've been lathering my boobs in cocoa butter cream. I'm hoping this will help decrease any risk for stretch marks and help prep my skin for surgery. Have you tried that? Are you going to use any scar cream for after? I can't believe this is real either. I'm super excited, but then worried about them not turning out right lol I've been trying to get all of this dreaded laundry out of the way too, worst chore ever

I have a few stretch marks already from pregnancy but I'm gonna use mederma afterwards.... and I heard you on the laundry it's never ending! My 1 year old just fractured her leg so she needs a cast now so we will both be bandaged up which sucks because I won't be able to help her so it will be up to my husband....
