I just turned 40 & I have 3 children. Its been two years since I had my last child and in the past 6 months I lost all of my breast volume. I see, I got 550 cc silicone UHP. Right now they're up to my neck and squared lol I have no idea how big they'll be once they settle. I was also an A (36) so we'll have to be patient for the dropping of these! Hope you heal well. Right now I'm having these burning sensations on my R breast.

Yes, as you can see, mine are square also. Can't wait to get rid of the superhero look. Had a very bad headache day 3 and 4. I believe that was due too Percoset so I stopped.
