Dr. Vonu gave me an incision in my armpit in stead of half way down my arm. I'm so glad he made that decision. My arms are not tight and perfect but I was not looking for perfection. I have normal flabby arms like everyone elae now and no ugly visible scar! I'm great with that! They fit in to all my shirts and I love it!! I'm not self conscious any more. I'm suoer happy with my results!

The fat injections in my butt did not take and I would reccomend going to someone who is an expert in this area however Dr.Vonu did a great job with what he had to work with. There is slightly noticeable difference in the shape of my waste where one side got more liposuctioning then the other. However, its an easy fix and I'm not even worried about it. He did a great job and you have to stop and think in his defence this was a lot of procedures at once to do. That was my choice to push for this.

The breast revision was great and so was my back fat liposuctioning.

Absolutely worth every penny! 12 years ago Dr.Vonu did my tummy tuck & breast augmentation/ lift with implants. I had lost a 100 pounds on my own without gastric bypass and this lead me to seek out Dr. Vonu's help. At the time of my surgery I was around 28 years old with an 8 year old son who weighed almost 10 pounds at birth! After having my surgeries I realized several things. Your results depend on what the doctor has to work with to begin with. The doctor can only improve what you have. It is not like taking a photo from a magazine into his office and saying make me look like this. Also, you may need to have revision surgeries and it may be a work-in-progress to get the results that you want depending on how picky you are. For example, my tummy tuck results were awesome and better than I could have ever imagined. (Keep in mind my incisions were extended around my sides because of my weight loss) I joked and would tell people Dr Von you pulled my tummy so tight I couldn't stand up straight which was a beautiful thing to see a flat tummy. Of course I was 127 pounds at that time of my surgery. When looking at my current photos please keep in mind I have gained 50 lb, I don't exercise much and I'm 41 now. My breast surgery was not a total sucess story. I have mixed feelings on this. The day I came home from my surgeries I could see my implants were sitting out to the sides and my breast did not have a nice round shape with nice cleavage. They were better than before but they reminded me of "Snoopy dogs ears." Upon my first follow up visit Dr. Vonu said I would need to have another surgery and swap my implants for a smaller size. He said my breasts don't have a lot of muscle tone and it would be difficult to get the nice cleavage up at the top like I wanted. (This is just my genetics.) I had to where the larger implants that bulged out to the sides for 3 months and completely heal before he could replace them with smaller implants. Upon my second surgery I was really relieved to get new implants and put everything behind me. However, I woke up with no implants. Dr. Vonu explained that I needed to heal and he could not put the second set of implants in. It's been 12 years and I don't totally remember why he couldn't put the second set of implants in during this 2nd surgery. I trust Dr. Vonu 100% that there was a good reason for his decision. Dr. Vonu said in hindsight he might have done my augmentation a little differently from the start using a textured implant. I value his honesty and do not hold anything he did against him. In my case it's almost like reconstructive surgery after losing 100 pounds. Approximately 6 months later and my 3rd attempt with my breast augmentation and lift my results were not what I wanted. I could have continue to work with Dr. Vonu but after three surgeries, being allergic to the stitches and having blisters and boils, and drain tubes I gave up. If I had to do all over again I would have gone back for a 4th breast surgery. In fact I am actually going to have a breast revision surgery with Dr. Vonu in January 2019 along with a few other thing he is going to do for me! I do highly reccomend Dr. Vonu. I will update my recommendation after my next surgeries. Please stay tuned.
