I'm 28 with multiple autoimmune diseases and large breasts for my now smaller frame. I was put in a huge cocktail of meds in 2011, and experience rapid weight gain of 80 pounds as aside effect. It all got to be too much for me, and in 2014 I decided to stop talking every medication I had for treatment, and try to take my life back. With very light exercise and a low carb diet I lost 70 of the 80 pounds so far!!! However I'm covered in stretch marks on my inner thighs, hips, and breasts now, and gravity was VERY unkind to my DDs. They were sagging so low that even in a sports bra they would perk back up much. They had no volume any more, and I always compared them to week old deflating helium balloons! Being 28, that's not exactly what I want for myself!! Plus the added sagging was pulling my shoulders down more and causing shoulder and upper back pain.
I met Dr Chong, fell in love, and actually didn't even do a consult with any other surgeons. i just had the surgery yesterday and the entire office made it so relaxing and everyone helped me so incredibly much. I have a needle phobia, and I had a bit of a melt down once I got into the OR. The nurses stayed at my legs, and Dr Chong HERSELF held my hand and stroked my hair and talked to me about Hawaii the entire time until I was under. The anesthesiologist was very gentle and kind to me as well. They were excellent at trying to help me relax and find some comfort because going under. I've heard so many horror stories of the opposite and the last thing peopls remember is being so upset and none of the staff having any bedside manners.
I woke up fairly quickly, had zero nausea, and zero pain. I must have scratched my eye while coming out of my deep sleep because that's the only discomfort I had for many many hours. I made it to my hotel (what better way to recovery than a staycation!!) and got into my pillow fort style bed my mom made up for me and rested all night. I had ZERO pain at all until about 10:30pm, I had slight pain on the right underside incision due to the fact that I'm very wiggly from discomfort from being on my back. I'm having tiny muscle spasms in my breasts that are painless, and that's about it to be honest!! So far nothing like I expected!!! However, I will update how I'm feeling today once I get things going and go for my first post op appt to have the bandages changes and the incisions cleaned. ???? Ouch!

I did my first post op appt this morning! It wasn'g as bad as I thought it would be! She changed the bandages, cleaned them, and put steristips on. I did look at them once the strips were on and they looked great!! Very small, perky and round! Also, the dr noted that I barely bled at all through my first night which is nice!! So far I love them!!

This is great news. Can you post some pictures. I am considering explanting my implants and I am looking for a surgeon in Orange County. If you don't mind it would help me out a lot!
Congratulations on the weight loss and getting your body back. Medications can really mess with the body. It sounds like you had an amazing experience and I am so happy for you.
