Problem breathing through nose & correct caved in look. I had Rhinoplasty procedure done back in 1987.  As the years went by, I noticed my nose was beginning to look pinched in which seemed to also be causing some difficulty in my breathing, especially on my left side.   As I was on my path to finding a solution to my problem seeking a qualified plastic surgeon, I’m so grateful that Dr. Sajjadian’s name came up.  He was highly recommended by another plastic surgeon as being a good fit for the type of surgery I needed. Dr. Sajjadian was the third and final doctor I met with.  I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable by Dr. Sajjadian’s office staff.   His office has a peaceful, calming energy and feel to it.  After meeting with Dr. Sajjadian, I knew I had to look no further and I knew he was the doctor for me.  He took his time making sure that I understood what results I could expect.  He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.  I felt confident that with Dr. Sajjadian that I would get the best possible results under the situation I was under that was caused by my previous surgery.   A date for Septoplasty surgery was scheduled. On my day of surgery, I liked that Dr. Sajjardain came out into waiting area, to see if I had any additional concerns. His surgery team is most professional and took great care of me preparing me for surgery.  Once again, Dr. S. smiled a comforting smile just prior to me going under.   Once I was under and doctor could once and for all see what was going on, it was a real mess inside.   Scare tissue had formed on my left side going all the way up the narrow air passageway which he found was completely blocked up. He stuck with me and patiently worked on me for an additional hour to fix the problem.   He proved to me that he has high standards along with a high code of ethics.   He treated me like I was a cared for family member of his.    I understand that money is important, and there are expenses to be met, but it’s not “ALL” about the money with Dr. Sajjardian.  He truly loves what he is doing and is an extremely gifted doctor in his field. Doctor explained to me how my nose would heal inside was extremely important and that I needed to do my part in the healing process.  He made me feel like we were a team.   He explained clearly to me all the things he wanted me to do at home to help with my recovery, which I did fatefully.    I’m going for my third follow up appointment this Tuesday.   It’s been one month and so far my results are most amazing.  My breathing has improved 100% and my nose doesn’t had that caved in look anymore.  I am very happy with the results. If you are looking for a doctor who is extremely talented, caring, patient, has high standards and a high code of ethics that truly loves what he is doing then Dr. Sajjardian is the one for you.  I know he is the one for me and if I ever need any work done in the future, for sure, I’ll be coming back to him.
