I've spent some time freaking out and crying today. These posts have been very helpful and my biggest take away is that if I keep off of my feet (only walking around house for movement purpose) then I should be ok! I have my hubby, nanny and mom helping me for a few weeks so I feel very blessed. A lot of you brave women have tackled this process with minimal help-god bless!

Good luck to you! It's not bad I'm 6 days post op!! And it's tolerable with pain meds! TAKE ON TIME and it will be good recovery!!! :)

Thank you so much. All is well as can be expected. This site gives me something to look forward to each day. There is manageable pain especially during getting up and walking. I'll keep posting. No pics yet since I haven't seen it.
