Hello Realself,
I had a facelift, lower eye pinch, CO2 laser around my mouth and eyes and fat transfer/FT to my face at the end of July 2017. As you can image I put a lot of money out to look more youthful. I called Dr. Sadati's office a couple months after the procedures and asked if I could come in for a 2nd fat transfer. Janet's, person that gives pricing, response was you have to wait more time. So I patiently waited for 10 months and finally received the 2nd FT just a month ago. I do understand that FT's are tricky but I don't understand why after a doctor sees how your body reacts to a FT why would he not then readjust the amount the second time for better results. From doing my research it seems that doctors that are uncomfortable with this procedure caution on the lower side of inputting fat so therefore patients don't see the results the wanted. I have asked Janet again when can I have my 3rd FT and she said not for a minimum of 6 months. This process has taken a lot of time with the surgeries, healing time and not to mention money. I have found a couple other doctors that will do a 3rd and hopefully final FT now. Sad that my own PS is pushing me offer with giving me an undesirable waiting period. Not to mention that Janet said that if the 3rd one doesn't take that I will have to look at getting fillers. Wait a sec, you just took how much of my money for nothing???
Also I would like to add that Dr. Sadati does have a good bedside manner and seems to be a likable person but the problem that I see is that he doesn't listen to what patients want and that he just preforms what he feels comfortable with.
He did do a paper on PRP but he hasn't mastered of the skill of being an injector. The photos on this site and his website show FTs in only women who also received a face lift. They don't show the real results because these woman look like they are still a bit swollen after the FL and honestly many I can't see the difference in.
Lastly, both times that I have asked for a copy of my files it has taken forever. The first time it took a couple of weeks to receive and this time for only a FT I am still waiting after I requested it a month ago. Not sure what the hold up is since the procedures are done in house. When I have asked for my files from past PSs it has never taken more than a few days to receive even when being done in an outside hospital.

I give Dr. Sadati a 4 for tightening my lower face but I give him 0 stars for fat transfers. And for after procedure care and follow ups I unfortunately give their office 0 stars. Story enclosed.
