After extensive research, 3 consultations and having my (last)second child, I finally decided to get rhinoplasty. I had a small bump that I wanted straightening and wanted to make sure I picked the best doctor who could make it look as natural as possible. Dr. Ackerman was amazing and my recovery has been so smooth. His office staff are so sweet and helpful. I love my new nose even two weeks post-op. He's the best there is, hands down.
