I have had many procedures with Dr. Nichter. Every procedure I have had with Dr. Nichter I have been so happy. Dr. Nichter is a perfectionist. My nose was previously flared an the nostrils were not symmetrical.
The tip of my nose drooped in a very non attractive way and was also asymmetrical. My nose now is exactly what I wanted. The tip is no longer drooped and the flared nostrils have been brought in. Dr. Nichtor not only is an amazing surgeon he cares about his patients and wants to make sure his patients are happy with the results. I would never go to anybody else. Thank you again Dr. Nichter!
