Rhinoplasty with Chin Implant, 33 Years Old, Bulbous Nose

Also wanted to mention that I initially I wanted only my nose done and kind of thought about doing my chin, but honestly was mostly focused on the nose. Thankfully I listened to Dr. Batniji's recommendation to do the chin too because I feel like it's almost made a bigger improvement on my overall look than the nose!!! From the side view (see pictures) my nose doesn't look drastically different (That's actually what I was going for, I still wanted to be me), but the changes to the nose are more noticeable from the front (sorry no pictures) because I used to have a bulbous tip and now I have a pretty, perfectly fits my face, tip!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience and my only regret is not doing this sooner! I had always been self conscious about my nose, too big for my face, and bulbous tip - but just felt that having the surgery was too much. However, thankfully I obsessed about it enough and got it done. I did TONS of research and read about what to expect and all the complications! The pain really isn't that bad, I only took the pain meds for about 3-4 days and then just tylenol, I never got nauseous, and slept ok. The biggest thing I wasn't expecting were the effects from breathing only through my mouth for a week. My mouth was dry, my throat hurt - at first I thought I was getting sick and was terrified, but it was just dry and irritated from the air. It was challenging to sleep at night especially during the end of that first week. I had decent bruising that lasted for about 2-3 weeks but it could be covered with makeup. I would definitely recommend this procedure for anyone thinking about it, the key is to find the right surgeon!
