I broke my nose when I was a kid and had a bump on my nose bridge. I never thought I would have plastic surgery because of fear - fear that something might go wrong or that I might look worst. I waited 16 years to get surgery. About two months ago, I finally went through with it. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner. Dr Sajjadian is very attentive. But more importantly, he is good at his craft. I had the bump shaved without breaking the bone. It is still a little swollen but looks 10X better than what is used to. I am enjoying my new look and my newfound confidence.
