Another before picture
Here is another before picture. As you can see my nose flared out. I wanted it brought in in the smallest way possible. I did not want my bridge or overall widened feature to disappear so those remained untouched. The procedure was called alar base reduction

you need to do cartilage grafting to the tip to be raised and have a good support . they usually use the rib as doner for grafting for the ethnic rhinoplasty! your nose need more support . unfortunately in US they are not good in ethinc rhinoplasty . i would consider turky ! thy eyes cheaper and great doctors !! and i would drop the idea about looking natural ! be daring and do what is right for our face & nose
