Alar Reduction Surgery - Newport Beach, CA

Over the years, I've had a number of previous rhinoplasties - none that have left me feeling happy with my nose. I have very strong facial muscles which pulled the sides of my nose upward, causing the tip to appear as though its drooping (when in fact, it really wasn't). After talking with Dr Sajjadian, he suggested we address the muscles surrounding the nose, as opposed to chopping at the nose itself since i had no cartilage left to work with. Botox worked a little, but was very very short lived - I needed something more permanent so he surgically cut the muscle that pulls the nose upward. This is not something any doctor could do - its a very delicate surgery and i was in the best hands with Dr. Sajjadian. It takes an absolute artist to be able to pinpoint what needed to be done and to have it done so perfectly. In addition, i asked him to perform a slight alar base reduction so my nostrils didn't seem so wide - in which case he did another perfect job! By performing these procedures, he gave me the changes i was after without having to touch my septum or the bone. In my opinion, Dr. Sajjadian is an absolute genius! I've also had filler done afterwards, and he is just as much of a perfectionist with the filler as well. You will not be disappointed!
