Almost 8 months post mommy makeover!
They are saying that the work is not done after the procedure you have to maintain it, and it's right!!! I'm working out a lot and for the first time in my life I'm starting to see my abs. I feel amazing, full of energy and of course, I love my new body.

2 months post surgery
I am 2 months post surgery and I can tell that I am back in shape! I am working out every day as before. The only thing is that I have to wait to lift heavy weight and to do abs exercices. But that's it, I'm feeling amazing. The swelling is almost gone, and my belly botton looks better and better.

Can you share any info about what you think made your recovery so quick and easy? I've been reading horror stories! Lol! Is the pain comparable to a c section recovery?
Hi there! I don't feel like I did anything special before other than being in shape by working out every day. I would compare it to a c section recovery yes, honestly to me, it had been pretty much the same.
