I lost 100 pounds and the skin on my face really sagged. I hated to look in the mirror. During the initial visit Dr Nichter listened to what I wanted, and seemed in no hurry for me to leave. He explained that this procedure lifted up rather than pulling skin back like a traditional facelift. The result looks very natural. I had no problems during my recovery, and had very little pain. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
