I'm 65 years old and lost 30 lbs last year. I started noticing that my resulting face wrinkles made me look like I was always frowning and I wanted a face to go with my revised body. Dr. Ackerman did a fantastic job. I look a lot younger and have a very nice facial profile with no saggy chin or neck skin. I also had laser treatment below my eyes and that also made a huge difference in my appearance. I'm very pleased with the results and so is my husband.

Dr. Ackerman is very honest and direct. He told me exactly what he could do for me and what to expect. He always answered all my questions and was really caring and helpful while I was in the recovery stage. My husband also had a lower face lift by Dr. Ackerman and his results were just as amazing. We chose this plastic surgeon after reviewing his before and after photos, impressive academic background and watching several of his YouTube videos. We had also consulted several other plastic surgeons before deciding on Dr. Ackerman. We're both very pleased with our results and recommend him highly.
