Several years ago Dr. Sadati did my facelift and it was wonderful. In Nov., 2013, I had a very bad accident which left a deep scar on my nose. Of course I called Dr. Sadati to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. He was very forthright and told me there was probably nothing that would completely erase it but suggested Fractional Lazer. I decided since he was going to do my nose I would have my face and neck done as well. I saw immediate results and so did my friends. The scar is barely detectable and with makeup you can't even see it. It has been five months and it just keeps looking better. Dr. Sadati told me I wouldn't see the complete results for 6 months, but it already looks amazing. I have recommended all my friends to Dr. Sadati and would never go to anyone else. Not only is he the best Plastic Surgeon ever, he is a very caring man. I have attached before and after pictures which were taken 4 weeks after the procedure. By the way, I am 79 years young thanks to Dr. Sadati
