Dr. Sadati gave my husband and I 90 minutes of his time. No hard sell, just a really intelligent walk through of the process, and what he would do to give me exactly what I wanted. No more, no less. I decided to take the plunge, and it's the best decision ever.
The entire experience from beginning to end was over and beyond what I expected. He doesn't use general anaesthesia for this procedure - a kind of twilight deal, which makes recovery much faster. I was afraid going in, but was immediately calmed down by his amazing staff. I literally never saw a needle or operating room or anything scarily medical because his whole thing is that he wants a totally relaxed patient. He even gives you meditations to listen to prior and for post-healing! I woke up in the recovery room with a smoothie in my hand and went back to a local hotel to sleep it off. The next morning I went in to have the dressing removed and I was on my way. A week later I came back for stitches to be removed, and I can only say I am thus far thrilled with the results. Minimal bruising (going back to work 9 days later!). Yes, there was a bit of pain, swelling etc for first 2 days, but totally manageable with Tylenol. Have to sleep inclined (which is hard for me), but again totally doable. Cannot wait to see how the whole thing heals, but right now I am 80% there, which is so much faster than I expected. A GREAT experience, with fantastic results.

The best bedside manner EVER! Dr. Sadati is smart, kind and very skilled. He is both an artist and a skilled surgeon, who understand that women want to look totally natural. If natural is what you are looking for, he is your man. He takes a holistic approach to the surgery and healing, which is very unique, and important. He understands the importance of the patient being calm and at peace. I have visited a number of doctors and surgeons in and around L.A. and I have never loved their bedside manner - they are either arrogant, want to do way too much, cold, or try to be funny. Dr. Sadati is straight-up. He will tell you the truth about what he can do, and what he cannot. He will tell you the truth about the procedure and healing. This is why I entrusted my face to him, and his wonderful staff. I am so glad that I did.
