I'd been thinking of doing this for years...Because it was elective no insurance coverage was available. I worked hard saved my money and made my appointment never looking back ( they also finance) so don't let money stop you because Cash or Finance it's worth every single dime. However, while I was saving my money I was also doing much research on finding the right doctor, which is absolutely key. It took me a year to save so by that time I had narrowed my choices to 2 of which came both highly rated and based on the facts that my friend had a friend who had the exact same skin type as mine and Dr. Boris Ackerman had done her procedure and she looked absolutely amazing my choice was simple and moved on from there.

Wait, what? Where is your bruising and swelling? What kind of lift did you have done? The after picture without glasses makes you look like the baby sister of the before picture!

I know amazing work...I don't know about others but doctor is an artist and both he and his staff are amazed I had only a little bruising on my chest....

I had my neck jowls cheeks the whole 9 yards ! I did take the over-the-counter medications that his office prescribes before surgery for bruising and I was religious about it as well as him being an amazing surgeon !!

Its been one month since surgery and I'm even more amazed !!!! Amazing, Amazing Amazing...jumping for joy and I will say I'm one of the happiest women in California... Thank you to the Dr. Boris Ackerman, M.D. (Newport Beach, Ca) and his most fabulous staff!!!!
