I did my homework, talked to friends, had consultations with a few doctors and chose Dr. Milind Ambe for my neck and lower facelift. I waited a year after my first consultation with him because I wanted my husband to be on board. I asked him to go with me for my second consultation with Dr. Ambe. The doctor was great at explaining what to expect and we both left feeling good about the procedure. Our concern in the beginning was that I wouldn’t look like myself afterwards. The doctor said I would look “refreshed” and no one was going to notice I had anything done. He was absolutely right! It was the same me without the wrinkles. Great staff and nurses.

OMG. You look fantastic! Did you stay overnight in hospital?
I stayed overnight with a nurse in her home. She took me next morning back to Dr. Ambe for my next day follow up and my husband took me home from there.
How much time were you off work?
I had surgery on a Friday, was out all the next week and went to work for a few hours on the Monday after. I did not drive myself. There was still a lot of selling and bruising. You shouldn't move your neck too much and should limit your facial expressions for 2 weeks+ at least. The doctor gives you the schedule you should follow.
Can you please post pics of where incisions were made?
I'm not very good at this but the incisions were under my chin, behind the ears and near the front of my ears. Also in the outside corners of my ears. There are pictures posted by others. I had the surgery in March and the scars are gone.
You look beautiful! Is there any way you can take photos of the incisions behind your ears? Did he go down the nape of your neck to get the nice tight look you have. Also the corner of ears (not sure what that means). Thanks for any info

I love the results , you look so beautiful and youthful . How much was the cost of the procedure ? I am looking into doing neck and lower face lift but I am don’t know where to go . Thank you . Sandra
With the overnight nurse ($450), meds, follow ups & procedure, it was just under $19k.
