So when can I lay flat on my back or side to sleep. I've been sleeping proped up since my surgery. Anyone have any advice?

I'm wondering the same thing about sleep. Would love to sleep on my side :)

My instructions were to not sleep on my side until I was 2 weeks post op. At 7 days post op I started sleeping on my back and at just under 2 weeks I started laying on my side for short periods of time. Even at 2 months post OP it's still slightly uncomfortable on my side at times.

I had my follow up appt this afternoon. Not as sore as yesterday but still sore and feeling engorged. Got to see the girls today:-). No bruising and the dr was happy with the results. I start massaging them 3x a day. Looking forward to 6-8 week mark.. That's when the dr said it'll look eve better :-)

Great boobs and love reading about your experience I did see Ip for consultation too and I'm trying to decide on who to go to. A couple last minute consults this month then I'm deciding.
