I chose Dr Nichter after a friend of mine had a breast augmentation procedure done and I got to see what a great job he did ! On December 1, 2016 I underwent a breast lift with augmentation 265 cc Natrelle placed under the muscle and I can say that I am extremely happy with the results! Dr Nichter and his team were wonderful, starting from the front desk to the anesthesiologist and Dr Nichter himself !!! Dr Nichter made me feel so comfortable ! He was caring, with great bedside manners, and outstanding professionalism ! I could not be happier with the results!

Thank you so much for your reply! I am actually a 36D myself and highly considering a breast lift with implant. Does it feel any different in terms of weight? Thank you again for your reply! Your post really helped me

You're welcome! Well, for the first 3-4 weeks they felt a little heavy and tight but that is just normal after surgery . Now, at almost 7 weeks post op I can say that I can't feel any different than before I had the procedure. Sometimes when I lay on my back and then I turn on the side i can feel the implants moving , no pain though. If you consider doing the procedure I would say go for it. It is definitely worth it !

Amazing, thank you so much for your feedback! I think I am going to go for it :) I was also concerned I couldn't work out for awhile but that is just upper body so at least I can still get some exercise in until they heal. Congrats again!

HI!! Your breasts look great! Congrats!! Im in your neck of the woods. I had my breasts done 27 days ago in Newport Beach!! Different doc, though. Enjoy your new girls! :)

Congrats on your surgery! You look great and your healing so well. I think you chose a good size for your frame; the shape is fantastic! I also had a similar surgery several months ago and my implants are in the 200s as well.

Hi Girl! I had to write in because your pre-boobs are exactly like mine (I'm a 32 D) and your post boobies look a lot like the ones my doctor does. So out of curiosity, what size implants did you opt for and what kind of implants?

Thank you!!! I want to stay about the same size as well. I've always been "big" so I never really ever wanted to go bigger. Just want the perky Bewbs!!!
