feeling so good!

12 days post and it's still by far the greatest decision to explant. I slept on my tummy for the first time in 15 years it was a great nights sleep!

update on total explant

ok so refresh at 19 I wanted barbie fake boobs! Boy does your mind and priorities change as you get olderI So I went for a total explant and mastopexy (lift). I ended up removing my 420cc saline implants replacing them with silicone 300 cc under the muscle and getting a full lift. I knew instantly I should have gone with my first instinct and did a total explant with lift so fast forward 3 months, an appendectomy and a few other odd infections I came back to my PS with no doubt in my mind that explant was what I wanted! Thank you Jesus I am so happy I feel so free! I can't stop looking at them Im so motivated I started a detox and a weight loss program and smile all day with how amazing I feel. NO REGRETS AT ALL!

At 19 years old I got implants. I didn't need them...

At 19 years old I got implants. I didn't need them in fact I had big boobs for my frame but I was stupid and wanted barbie fake boobs. So I got 420 saline implants under the muscle. Fast forward I have 3 children and nursed each one almost two years a piece. So I was left with huge water balloons with saggy skin hanging off. I knew I needed to do something I kept telling myself remove the implants and just do a lift, well I chickened out I got the lift and put silicone 300 cc back into my body. Big mistake! I knew it the second I came out of anesthesia. I was so unhappy I didn't feel free I felt sad and mad at myself for not doing what I originally wanted to do. when I got the silicone my incisions got infected and opened up leaving me with not so great scars,a a few weeks later I had a stomach infection, my apendex ruptured, my old root canals in my mouth became infected all possibly a coincidence but has led me to go back to my original plan. I'm taking this silicone out of my body this Wednesday. I will update Wednesday. I'm just mostly sorry for the $11,000 I could be using on my family to see such a mistake.

Dr. Thomas Toohey is a wonderful surgeon and just a wonderful person. I made the decision to do new implants but he is still removing then free of charge and going to help me tighten them up more after removal all free of charge. He was my biggest supporter when I completely changed my mind 4 months later and decided to go implant free. His staff becomes friends they treat you like family. He really is the best!
