I am 38 years old. 5'5" about 120 lbs. I have had mentor 350cc high profile under the muscle for almost 6 years. Before implants I was barely an A cup. I had 3 boys prior to implants. I feel my implants make be look very busty and heavy. I have always been athletic and thought I needed breasts to feel sexy. Boy was I wrong. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. lol. Having Them removed by Dr. Chong. No lift but I am having the right ones crease raised because it bottomed out the second year of having implants and I have permanent sutures in that side at present time and Dr. Chong needs to raise it back up so its even. This side has helped me a ton with my decision. I realize that my breast won't be as "sexy" to some people afterwards bu I will feel like my old self and can't wait.

Dr. Chong was excellent during consultation. Spent a lot of time with me and answered alot of questions. I also spoke with her on the phone discussing worries I had before I finally booked the surgery. She makes you feel calm and she has done many many explants.

Hi! I'm having my implants removed tomorrow and I felt the same way. I thought implants would make me look better, but they just made me look top-heavy. I was barely an A as well and even though we are going back to smaller breasts, they will be fitting for our bodies and I think the risk of post-op sagginess is lower. Good luck and I'm sure everything will be great!
I have had implants for 7 years (D cup) and am so ready to be back to my barely A cup! I am scheduled for July 31st!!
Congrats on making this decision for yourself, smallerboobies.  Your pre-BA photo looks about like I was prior to implants.  As you're finding, there are a lot of women who feel the same as you and only want to be back to their normal, smaller breasts.  I wish you the best of luck!!
