In July 2015, I had a breast augmentation by Dr. Horowitz. I found Horowitz from my mom, who too, went to him for her surgery 10+ years ago. The process was simple and easy, which I loved. I had several consultations, email follow ups and phone calls ensuring my wants. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Dr. Horowitz. I truly felt that the staff cared about me and what I wanted.
