It's still crazy to think that I haven't had boobs my whole life because they are so much part of me now. I don't ever miss my little boobs and I think that's because I got the perfect size and didn't over do it. I just wanted to show that my scars are finally going away well even though it took this long (and is difficult to see). This photo is to show you a body proportion image as well. So happy!

Reading through your posts has really put my mind at ease, I too got 275cc silicone unders (only 6 days ago), and of course I am completely regretting not going bigger. Im 21, 5'8", 130 lbs and have a wide rib cage as well as you had described it. I was searching trying to find someone who had gotten 275cc that I could relate to since I am not entirely comfortable with my new implants yet (they are still very high, haven't dropped at all and I feel are too small for my frame), finding 275cc's online is nearly impossible, it seems as though every one has gone 350cc +. Your breasts look perfect, hopefully mine turn out aesthetically similar to yours. 1 question, I noticed in your 8 day post op picture your implants seem to have completely dropped, were they settled like that soon after surgery, or had they dropped significantly on the 8th day? Cheers!
I'm glad my reviews have been helpful. It was difficult for me to find 275cc silicone reviews as well and that's why I wanted to write one. After the first week, they had dropped siginificantly but everyone is different yours will eventually drop when they're ready. Just make sure to do your exercises! Hopefully you post photos so I can see your results! Let me know how it goes and how your experience is. I am still so happy with my results :-)
Hey Becky, its funny as the days have progressed I am more and more happy that I did go with 275cc and not bigger, I find myself actually not wanting to show to much breast, I feel like the 275cc implants were enough of an increase at one time. And you were right! my implants are slowly dropping, I don't find the exercises that functional so Ive ceased doing them but I am still wearing my band every night. Ive updated my profile slightly, I now have a few photos of my 275ccs, thanks for the reply, cheers!

The Natural Look

One more photo of the natural look for breast augmentation. I don't feel like it will ever be a question as to whether they are real or not. Which was another goal of mine. I will show how magically large a bra makes them look soon so you can see how I can play with the size a little bit.

1 Year Anniversary

It's been a long time since I have written but I just passed my one year mark so I thought it'd be a good idea to update. I am still so so happy with the decision of surgery. I don't have the best photo to show but the scars are almost gone and they feel so natural - as if I've always had large breasts. I would recommend listening to your doctor and going up a size or 2 from what you are comfortable with because I am so used to this size (I ended up with a 32C) that I could've gone larger. Again, it's because I have such a long, wide chest that my breasts go far, down, and out. With that being said, I will probably go larger in 5 years or so but am in no rush as I am having fun with this size making them appear smaller than they are and larger than they are with the right bras or without support. I can still wear the low tops that I used to wear without having my cleavage hang out which was a goal of mine because I like to wear more revealing backless top but didn't want to look promiscuous. Hope my review has been overall helpful for those considering surgery. Feel free to ask me anything and I'll do my best to answer. Happy birthday boobies!
