After substantial weight loss (approx 200 lbs), my breasts were deflated looking and my arms had the "batwing" look with all the excess skin. My fiancé and I decided to do the procedures a few months before wedding dress shopping and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I had the most amazing experience trying on dresses-for the first time in many years, I felt PRETTY and the dresses fit right and actually looked good. When I chose my dress, I just stood there in the mirror crying-I wouldn't have looked like that if it weren't for Dr Sadati and his staff!!! I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for creating such a wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime memory!!!!

I highly recommend this Doctor and his staff. I will use this office for future procedures and can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and personal attention they provided me and continue to provide still. They answered my questions, assisted me with choosing the "right size" implants that would satisfy my desired outcome and also not hinder the healing process from the full-lift that I had done at the same time. The healing of my arm lift is AMAZING!! There are places where the scar is nearly invisible and it's only been 3 months post surgery! Dr Sadati is truly and artist!!
