We all want nice tatas. For some time now I have been wearing a heavily padded bra very well. People thought I had nice boobs, lol. Little did they know.
I was wearing mostly a size B. I wore a size C sometimes but it doesn't really count because it was from Victoria Secret. I told him initially that I was hoping for a big C or small D but he said D would be too big. D probably is too big.. I actually cant tell what a true D size looks like.
I don't have a before picture to post because I wasn't going to write a review. None of the pictures that I have show my real pre op size.
I'll post my post op boobies later.

Welcome to the community and thanks so much for offering your opinion of your doctor.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

Our community members especially love seeing photos from before, during, and after — a realistic look at what they can expect. Photos grab the attention of the community and encourage more support for you.

As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.

How many cc’s did you end up getting?

Pre-op:
I've read so many reviews on here and a lot of you ladies had the opportunity to try on sizers. I thought everyone did them but there was nothing like that at mine. I later found out that it's one of those things that surgeons feel differently about in terms of achieving our desired outcome. He bases the implants with a combination of my body type and the wish pics that I had sent.

I don't know why it sent when I wasn't finished writing the review :(

Anyways, some other things I bought before surgery:
Stool softener (heard it's better to take before you're constipated. Takes a while to kick in.)
Tylenol extra strength (incase you wanna lay off the Norco a bit. Norco = constipation)
Pill organizer (another realself member suggested it because opening the prescriptions is difficult for the first few days)
Steal some straws from a fast food place lol. It's hard to pull your arm up.
Also lots of snacks and drinks!
Lots of food so life is easier for your caretaker
Put everything in arms reach. Nothing too low or high up. You do not want to reach up.

Also my boyfriend and my dog are the only ones who know about this procedure. :D

DAY OF SURGERY
Basically met with the surgeon, nurse, and anesthesiologist anywhere between 7:30 and 8:30. I don't even remember falling asleep but out of nowhere I woke up feeling dizzy and I had my boobies. Didn't feel any pain at all because I was too drugged up. The anesthesia made me feel heany but altogether does not last long at all. I felt clear headed from the anesthesia about an hour after. But when the anesthesia wore off my boobs hurt too much. >. < I took a Norco right away here lol.

Took all my meds. The whole day wasn't so bad for me. No nausea. No vomiting. Took light naps totaling maybe 2 hours. It happened to be a friend's birthday but we were just going to go out to eat dinner. I ate a normal amount. Cajun shrimp, oysters, and clam. :D YUM.

Also this part is a secret but I did drive for one hour at night haha. You're advised not to until you stop taking any medication that induces drowsiness I think. I had more of a insomnia problem though. So driving ain't too bad but turning the wheel makes your arms hurt a bit since the armpit area is sort of bruised. Freeway is just straight so don't hurt at all. I wasn't gonna drive but honestly all my friends were too drunk so I went for it. I know.. terrible.

Sleeping.. omg. Sleeping is miserable. Have to be propped up from head to back. I love sleeping soooooo much that this makes me miserable. :( I can't sleep with my back on the bed either cuz honestly that makes you feel like [RS bleep] too. Your boobs actually feel more swollen and tight. I think as a result you heal slower. BTW getting out of bed is the saddest thing ever. It just hurts. When my boyfriend is at work I try not to lay down.. less painful to get up when he helps me.

I don't know what I would do without him right now. He basically treated me like a princess. I barely had to use my arms the first few days post op. He got all my meds for me, made me do everything I was supposed to do, helped me drink stuff, pull my pants up and down to pee hahahah. A long time ago I mentioned boob job and he said he would break up me. Fast forward a year or so after that.. we were in the Jacuzzi and I was looking at my boobs and brought it up again. He was so nonchalant about it and was like 'mm. okay.' I was seriously shocked because I was half joking (knowing it would never happen) but okay.. that's when I started looking for my doctor. My bf has always been so supportive of my endeavors. I think he hesitated in the beginning cuz it's surgery. I later found out he changed his mind about it because I was a bit self conscious in my bikini. He said if it makes me more confident then it's worth supporting.

Expect constipation and a very bloated belly. :( like I said earlier, take it ahead of time.

Pain was bearable but then again the Norco masked the pain.

1ST DAY PO TO 5 DAYS PO
Pain gradually weans off daily but barely. Don't expect much. :( I think first 3 days hurt the most. Boobs feel like they're tight and gonna explode, lol. Also on 4th day PO, I went outside and it was sprinkling. The rain and cold weather makes your boobs feel like they're going to explode more. I really wanted to get back inside. I think maybe it makes your muscles tighten more.

On my 3rd day PO I got to take my shower. I know some people had others help them but I was able to do it myself. My bf was in the other room though if I needed him.

Also, since the day of surgery I had this crazy ass bruise on my hip. Like 4 x 6 inches. I swear it gets bigger and darker everytime I look at it. I guess the blood travels down sometimes due to gravity. I was being overly paranoid at the time and met with my nurse to calm my mind. She gave me arnica cream. Been using that 3x a day.

Been getting a lot of itching and burning sensations around the right nipple and right incision right. I heard it's normal that each boob feels differently so not freaking out about this. Left side feels normal.

Not sure if this will help others but I found my own way of sleeping better. Basically I sit on a couch and I have a computer chair for my legs. I put towels around the computer chair so it wouldn't budge. To prevent me from slouching away from my sitting position, I put a pillow under my knees. Keep in mind that the couch and computer chair are same level. My couch is in my bedroom btw. :) Just try something new all the time if you haven't found your method yet.
