I am 43 and have wanted this surgery since my early 20's. I was a 32A, and very flat. Even though I have a slim built, I still always felt my flat chest made me look disproportional. I tried everything to help get the look i wanted but nothing worked. I finally had the financial means to do this and all I needed was the courage. Dr Nichter and his office gave me the courage to go through with the surgery and I don't regret it one bit. In fact, I wish I had done this years ago.

Dr. Nichter is great. He made all my doubts that I could have this surgery go away. He answered all my questions before and after and put me at ease with the decisions I made. I am very pleased with my results. It has only been two months, but if they look this good now I cant wait to see what they look like at the 6 month mark, 1 year mark, etc.
