I've been through a lot and yet I still haven't gotten my surgery yet! I originally had my consultation a year ago and we decided to go with a 375 filled to 400cc implant with a submuscular placement, smooth silicone. With everything included it was supposed to cost me 6500$ Soon after that I moved so I wasn't able to set my date. I needed to save money and new breasts didn't seem so important anymore. After things settled down I started looking into it again. I called the same doctor and in the year I'd delayed the price had gone up from 6500$ to 7000$ They allowed me to pay a deposit (500$) to book my surgery for November 19th and save the day. I also did it so I was unable to chicken out this time. If it was up to me I would of have my surgery this month, and in time for summer. But unfortunately I am currently on month 4 of my 6 month Accutane acne treatment. That means I have to finish my last 2 months of Accutane, and I have to wait another 6 months in between before I can get any invasive surgery. So for me that would be November. I need everyone to pray for me that my Accutane will end on time and not delay my surgery any longer! I am still bummed I wont be able to get it done in time for my 26th birthday in September. Either way I cant wait for November. If anyone has any recommendations on the size I am thinking about I would really love to hear it. I am also going to include some current photos.

You will be very happy with at least a 400 but I would consider all the way up to 450 for your height and weight. It seems like a lot but for us tall women it’s actually not. I just got 415 silicone implants last week and my body could’ve easily taken of 450 implant. Being tall and having broad shoulders I’m sure that you can handle that I would definitely consider at least a 450, and make sure that you stay within your BWD, as long as you do that you’ll be fine. I had a very narrow chest wall, so I had to go with high profile Even though I wanted more of a moderate profile. I am 5’ 9” and 150lbs.... and I could’ve easily handled of 450 implant size. But I wanted to be more natural and petite looking than larger if that makes any sense? You can follow my review by clicking on my profile I am just About six days out as of tomorrow. They look small but they’re really not, they just have not dropped and they’re still riding kind a high right now....Let me know if you have any questions? And can I ask why you are considering saline & not silicone?? i’m just curious....:)

I’ll defiantly go and check out your profile. It’s so hard finding girls around my night and weight wanting the same size. I’ll defiantly consider the 450, I am just scared of being too big. I picked silicone over saline because the silicone looks more natural, has an extreamly low chance of rippling under the skin, and lowers you chance of capsular contracture. Also I am scared I might pop it and have one flat boob lol.

Yes, I am one week out, and I will post more pictures later. And I thought I had read on your profile that you were doing saline..... that’s why I asked why you would do that over silicone. I definitely think you’ll be much happier with silicone because of the outcome and all of the reasons you just listed is the reasons why I chose silicone as well. And yes I completely understand your apprehensions about looking too big. That is exactly what I was filling in the very beginning as well. I am so glad that I listen to my PS and my husband and went with the 415, you can look at my pictures and see that does not look very big on my body at this point. They really do not feel big at all. And the only difference between a 415 and 450 was another 35 CC’s & .25cm width & .2mm projection...I am just super petite up top to begin with so I chose the 415 but looking at your pictures I think you could definitely handle that larger one. But it just depends on what your BWD is and that’s your breast width for the pockets for the implants to fit into. If you stay within your BWD then you will have great results. When you get your measurements then you can look at what type of manufactured implants to your PS uses and then you can look at the size chart that’s what I did I looked it all up online and did research after my appointment. Anyways, the first week was pretty brutal but today is day seven and I’m 100% better. And super happy so far! Feel free to ask more questions you can private message me or leave comments on my review.

Rice Sizer Fun

Cherrprn4
So today I played around with the rice sizers. It was a bit conflicting since I am not sure exactly how accurate the sizing is. Not to mention the rice sizers look really crazy in your shirt. Idk you guys be the judge, and I would really appreciate some feedback on sizing. My original idea was to do 400cc silicone unders. But now I am thinking 450's would suit me better. Id be pissed if I didn't go big enough since I am spending so much money, but I am terrified of accidentally going to big. I want supple but still natural.

Date Moved Up! And Pre Surgery Stressors

Cherrprn4
So the days getting closer, less then a month away now. I am getting more and more nervous, especially since I can't seem to find any support from the people in my life whose opinions matter to me. My mother is 100% against it, but as my mother she's going with me to my pre op appointment on November 6th and she will be with me for my surgery. I am glad she's coming but she's seriously stressing me out. I just want one person that I love to support me in this. I was also able to move up my surgery date from November 19th to the 16th, which will be a Friday and literally the day after my best friends wedding. Its going to be so hard getting everything ready for my surgery while also trying to get everything set up for her wedding. I really hope everything works out.
