Dr. Nichter is the Best!

I've been a patient of Dr. Nichter's for almost 10 years now and I must say that my experience with him has been fantastic from the beginning. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He always makes me feel very comfortable. He makes sure that I am aware of everything that he does whether it be during a checkup or for a surgery. He is absolutely the BEST!!

I am 5 years out from having my breast augmentation with the Ideal Saline Implant & a lift. From my very first consultation back in 2009 to today, Dr Nichter & his staff have been fantastic. The are very polite, knowledgeable & helpful. Even my actual surgery was great!! The team at the surgical center made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything & put me at ease. My time under anesthesia was very short. My husband, who was waiting for me, thought it was going to take long but was pleasantly surprised when they came out & told him that was finished. I can't say that it was without pain; it hurt, but with any surgery, pain is expected. Dr Nichter did prescribe me pain meds which helped greatly. When I finally took off the bra & ace bandage, I was surprised to see that there was no blood, no drains, no nothing, except for a few sutures from my lift. And by the way, I have absolutely NO scars!!! I have been so pleased with my implants: the size & the shape are perfect. All my friends like them (yes, I showed them a lot). When I was looking for a plastic surgeon, 2 of my friends recommended Dr Nichter. Not only did I research & do my homework on him (which was very impressive), but I was able to see his work first hand through both of my friends augmentations. Their breasts looked great even at 6 & 7 years out. I know that I made the right decision in choosing Dr Nichter; I have absolutely no regrets. I would do it all over again, with him & his staff, in a heartbeat.

I wanted a breast augmentation because before I was pregnant with my first child, my cup size was a 32C. After having 5 children & nursing them all exclusively for 13 months, my breasts were definitely not the same. I was now a 32 large A, small B, and, they were uneven & pointed down. I knew that that was not the way I wanted to look for the rest of my life, so, I looked into plastic surgery. Most everything having to do with it were "pros". The only "cons" were, of course, the medical risks of surgery & anesthesia, which ended up going very well.
