I've always wanted to get rhinoplasty since I was a teenager. My nose was a little big for my face and it had a hump on it. I never liked my profile because my nose would just stick out. I chose Dr. Sajjadian because I liked his work and he had all positive reviews. Going into the surgery I was a little nervous because I wanted a nose that looked natural on me and since I'm a guy I didn't want it to be very obvious that I had rhinoplasty. I am very pleased with the outcome, it looks very natural and you can't tell I got a rhinoplasty unless you were comparing my pictures side by side. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend Dr. Sajjadian for anyone who wants rhinoplasty or any other cosmetic surgery.

I've gotten a couple requests to post some pics on my procedure. So I'm posting a before and after. To be honest, I was hesitant just because I'm kinda camera shy lol but since Dr. Sajjadian did a great job. I'll post one just to help others out!

He did a great job!!! Thank you for posting your picture. The profile looks awesome. Your old nose is kind of similar to mine. I like the natural results. It doesn't look like you got it done, but still looks amazing. Congratulations :) I feel like I will be in good hands with dr. Sajjadian

Wow, you look great. Great natural result. Congrats Bro. Do you have any before and after front view photos? How long did it take you to recover(return to your normal routine)?

Thanks!! I'll try to post some more pics. As far as my recovery, after two weeks I was back at work; I work in an office environment so no strenuous activity at all. But as far as like physical activity, like working out, I had to wait a few months. I'm still a little swollen just because I have thick skin, but everyday it gets better!

What did he exactly do? Did he just remove the hump? Or did he work in the tip as well?

He did both, he straighten the bridge, removed the hump, made the bridge a little narrow and the tip was lifted as well

how come it was about 10 grand? i got a quote at a consulatation for all the things you got plus a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. im just womdering if he did anything else?
